Youth Ambassadors is a program for kids with type 1 diabetes in K-12th grades who want to support JDRF by spreading awareness about diabetes, educate others about the disease, and meet and get to know other kids who also have type 1 diabetes in a fun, interactive setting.
Youth Ambassadors are asked to commit to 10 hours of service over the school year. There are many exciting and meaningful ways that kids of all ages can participate! Parent assistance is typically necessary however child involvement is a must!
